Concept
A calmer waiting-room display for small clinics, prototyped in a week.

Clinic Queue is a concept for the screen in the waiting room. Instead of a list of names and numbers, it shows a single calm status: how many people are ahead of you and roughly how long it will take.
We built a working prototype in a week with a simple admin view for the front desk and a display that updates in real time.
Reducing what the screen shows made it more useful. Fewer numbers meant fewer questions at the desk.
Privacy shaped the design: the display never shows names, only an anonymous token the patient receives at check-in.
